El Pueblo Center Revitalization

The City of Tucson is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction documents and construction administration services for the El Pueblo Center Revitalization project. The project includes five key areas: a day care facility, office building space, hi-tech/hi-flex classrooms, wayfinding improvements, and an outdoor event plaza. The selected firm will be responsible for providing construction documents at 75% and 100% completion, as well as construction administration services for the duration of the project.
