The State of North Dakota seeks a single‑vendor, turnkey integrated solution to modernize inmate communications across its correctional facilities. The contract will provide telephone (collect & prepaid) services, video‑visitation terminals, in‑cell tablets, and a commissary ordering and inventory system that integrates with existing state platforms. The contractor must deliver hardware, software, installation, ongoing support, and ensure compliance with stringent security, accessibility, and data‑privacy standards, while operating on the State’s STAGEnet network and integrating with Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD. • Provide a fully integrated voice and video system with call‑control, fraud‑prevention, bilingual prompts, and 24×7 monitoring. • Supply and manage secure in‑cell tablets with Westlaw integration, educational, legal, and financial applications. • Implement a commissary ordering and inventory platform that syncs with Syscon Justice Systems. • Meet extensive security, data‑encryption, backup, RPO/RTO, and audit requirements, and deliver 5‑year performance with options for extensions.
