The Operational Services Division (OSD) is soliciting bids for exposition decorator services for the annual MASSBUYS event. The selected vendor will provide installation and dismantling of vendor booth displays, creation and installation of an entrance archway, set up and dismantling of exhibitor registration booths, and other services. The event is expected to have a minimum of 250 exhibit booths, 50 tabletop displays, and a vehicle/equipment zone. The vendor will also provide a detailed floor plan for the Exhibit Hall and ensure compliance with local fire and public safety regulations.
