Digital PCR Instrument with a DNA Extractor

The Texas Department of State Health Services is seeking bids for a digital PCR instrument with a DNA extractor for the detection and identification of microorganisms. The contract will be for the provision of goods and services related to the instrument and extractor. The bidder must provide a complete response to the IFB, including all required documentation and information. The contract will be awarded based on the best value for the state. * The digital PCR instrument must be capable of detecting and identifying microorganisms such as Carbapenems resistant bacteria. * The DNA extractor must be able to extract nucleic acids from the microorganisms. * The bidder must provide pricing information for the instrument and extractor. * The bidder must provide information about their experience and ability to provide the goods and services required. * The contract will be for a period of time to be determined by the department. * The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the selected bidder.
