The Department of Public Health is seeking qualified vendors for the purchase of medical instruments and implants. This contract will create a list of prequalified vendors authorized to provide products as needed to the state hospitals. The procurement method(s) to acquire goods and/or services from this Bid are Outright Purchase, Fee for Service, and Term Lease. The contract is expected to last for 5 years and 4.5 months, with an estimated total value of $2,200,000.
