The Idaho Department of Correction is seeking a single commercial‑grade ISCI Combi Oven (Alto‑Shaam model 20‑20G PRO or equivalent) plus an associated roll‑in pan cart for its ISCI facility in Kuna, ID. The equipment must meet extensive technical specifications (UL‑certified, Energy‑Star, gas‑ and electric‑compatible, stainless‑steel construction, Wi‑Fi enabled, multiple cooking modes, etc.) and be delivered FOB‑destination with lift‑gate, installed, and include training for IDOC staff. The vendor must submit a fully‑burdened total cost on the prescribed price sheet and provide warranty documentation.
