ISTAT Reagent Chemistry Testing Supplies - PRSU IHS

The Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to provide reagent chemistry testing supplies for the Abbott I-STAT analyzer at the Pine Ridge Indian Hospital Laboratory. The objective of this contract is to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability of fully compliant reagent supplies required to operate the Abbott I-STAT analyzer in support of 24/7 clinical diagnostic services. The contractor shall provide end-to-end supply availability outcomes, including sourcing, quality assurance, cold-chain management, and delivery of all required reagents, calibrators, and controls. Key performance metrics include supply continuity, on-time delivery, product acceptance rate, shelf-life compliance, and cold-chain compliance. • The contract has a performance period of 12 months (365 days) from the date of award. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to procure and supply genuine Abbott I-STAT products through authorized distribution channels. • The contractor must maintain uninterrupted supply continuity and meet cold-chain and delivery requirements. • The contractor must provide compliant and usable products that meet all performance standards and metrics.
