Municipal Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Power Purchase Agreement

The City of Ocean City is seeking a qualified Contractor to install solar panels on four buildings, including the Public Works Building, Community Center, Fire Headquarters, and Fleet Maintenance Facility. The City also wants to participate in Remote Net Metering and expand the current system layout to produce more than 100% building capacity. The contract will include the design, installation, and maintenance of the solar panel system. • The contract will be for a period of 180 days from the arrival of panels or roof replacement, whichever is later. • The City reserves the right to decrease or increase the quantities specified in the specifications. • The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining any applicable permits or licenses from any government entity that has jurisdiction to require the same. • The City shall retain all of its rights and interest in any and all documents and property furnished by the City to the successful bidder for the purpose of assisting the Contractor in the performance of this contract.
