The State of California’s Department of State Hospitals is seeking a qualified vendor to rent and service Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) vacuum units for its Metropolitan State Hospital. Budget estimate

$30,000 – $80,000

The IFB does not disclose a contract ceiling. Based on typical rental rates for NPWT vacuums ($2,000‑$3,000 per unit per month) plus consumables and training fees, the annual spend could range from $30K to $70K, extending over 19 months yields an estimated contract value of roughly $45K‑$110K. Therefore a realistic earnings window for the vendor is in the low‑to‑mid‑five‑figure range.
