This solicitation seeks a single prime contractor (or lead vendor) to design‑build an immersive audiovisual experience inside the existing Sensory Treehouse at Gwinnett County’s Environmental & Heritage Center. The contractor must produce a 30‑minute multilingual immersive film (or optional shortened chapters) and integrate a high‑fidelity dome or LED projection system, spatial audio, show‑control hardware, and all associated building modifications (electrical, HVAC, structural, acoustic treatment). The award will be based on a technical‑plus‑price evaluation, with mandatory bonding and insurance requirements, and a one‑year warranty on all work. • Design‑build delivery of media production (original footage, animation, sound, captioning, multilingual support). • Full AV system integration: up to 5 ceiling projectors (dome) or LED alternative, floor/wall projectors, spatial audio speakers, control & playback infrastructure, and related construction modifications. • Project management, testing, commissioning, warranty, and required permits; start within 10 days of notice to proceed and complete within a maximum of 10 months.
