The North Dakota Forest Service, administered by North Dakota State University, is seeking a contractor to perform hazardous‑fuel reduction on approximately 400 acres of private forest land in Slope County. Work must be done entirely by hand (chainsaws, manual piling) with no mechanized equipment, and the contractor must handle logistics, safety, and compliance with strict environmental rules.
