Real Estate Broker On-call Services

The City of Waco is seeking an experienced real estate brokerage firm to provide on‑call services for the sale and disposition of city‑owned real estate assets. The selected broker(s) will be responsible for marketing, listing, negotiating, and closing transactions for a variety of property types owned by the municipality, ensuring maximum value and compliance with local regulations. This contract is structured as an on‑call arrangement, allowing the City to engage the broker(s) as needed for multiple transactions over the life of the agreement. • Scope includes sale/disposition of city‑owned land, commercial buildings, and surplus properties. • Broker must handle all aspects of the transaction: valuation, marketing, buyer qualification, negotiation, and closing. • Services are on‑call, meaning the City may request the broker’s assistance multiple times during the contract period.
