The Houston County School District (HCSD) is soliciting qualified construction firms to serve as Construction Manager at Risk (CM‑at‑Risk) for extensive renovations and modifications of two elementary schools (Quail Run and David A. Perdue). The total project budget is $10 million ($5 million per school).
