BPA setup - Office Supplies FY26

The U.S. Embassy in Tegucigalpa is establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the procurement of a broad range of office supplies (e.g., paper, pens, binders, toner, etc.) for fiscal year 2026. The BPA will be effective September 28 2026 through September 27 2027 (base year) with up to four additional option years, but the government is not obligated to purchase any minimum quantity.
