The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking to lease approximately 0.01 acres of land near Chief Joseph Dam in Bridgeport, WA for a water monitor. The lease term is 20 years, and the space must meet certain requirements, including being located outside of a 100-year floodplain and having a stable bank to secure a pipe to house a water quality sonde in the river. The successful offeror will be required to provide a fully serviced lease, including all operating costs, real estate taxes, and related insurance. • The space must be located approximately 1 to 1.5 miles downstream of Chief Joseph Dam. • The space must have a stable bank to secure a pipe to house a water quality sonde in the river. • The space must be located outside of a 100-year floodplain. • The space must have 24-hour unrestricted access. • The space must have parking for two Government vehicles and adequate parking for privately owned vehicles. • The space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.
