Instructional Materials and Classroom Teaching Supplies and Equipment

The Mesquite Independent School District is seeking proposals to establish a contract for various types of instructional materials and classroom teaching supplies and equipment. The district is looking for a discount off catalog or price list for supplies, materials, and equipment, as well as an hourly not-to-exceed rate for labor if applicable. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. The key information about the job includes providing instructional materials and classroom teaching supplies and equipment, with the scope of work including furnishing any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the Terms and Conditions contained in the specifications. • The opportunity is a continuous bid, with awards made throughout the open period. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in whole any bids/proposals submitted. • The period for acceptance of this bid/proposal will be sixty (60) calendar days unless a different period is inserted by vendor. • Bidders/Offerors finding errors, requests for additional information, omissions, or corrections that need to be made in the specifications shall contact the MISD Director of Purchasing as soon as possible before bid is due.
