GROUP VISION INSURANCE

Polk County is seeking a provider for group vision insurance. The selected firm will be responsible for claims administration, provider network, employer and employee services, reporting, and online enrollment capabilities. The firm must have at least 5 years of experience providing services to similar sized public sector employers. The proposal should include a brief history of the firm, description of services, and information about the service team. • The firm must have experience working with governmental agencies • The firm must provide a well-established provider network • The firm must provide enhanced customer service • The firm must provide online access to aggregate reporting • The firm must provide a streamlined process for enrollment
