Fayette County, GA is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive design services for the Sandy Creek Road Multi‑Use Path Project. The work includes concept development, environmental documentation, preliminary and final plans, right‑of‑way plans, geotechnical services, construction‑phase services, and overall project management through the preliminary engineering phase, with the possibility of additional construction‑inspection work. The contract will be awarded as a multi‑phase, project‑specific agreement and will be negotiated on a lump‑sum or cost‑plus basis.
