Fayette County, Georgia is seeking qualified engineering and design firms to develop the full suite of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the Woodland Link Multi‑Use Path Project – a high‑priority trail connecting Sherwood Road to Spring Hill Elementary. The selected consultant will be responsible for concept development, environmental documentation, preliminary and final design, right‑of‑way planning, geotechnical services, construction‑phase engineering, and overall project management through the preliminary engineering phase, with the possibility of continued work during construction.
