Fayette County, GA is seeking 3‑5 qualified consulting firms to serve as Transportation Engineer(s) of Record (TEOR) for its Public Works Department. Selected firms will enter into a contract valid through June 30 2027 (with possible annual renewals through FY 2029) and will receive task orders on a sole‑source, low‑bid, or proposal basis to plan, design, permit, manage, and inspect a wide range of locally‑funded transportation projects—including traffic studies, intersection design, bridge work, road reconstruction, multi‑use path development, surveying, environmental services, construction inspection, and right‑of‑way acquisition. The solicitation is a qualifications‑based shortlist; firms must submit a sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by October 15 2026.
