The Township of Barnegat seeks a full‑service professional cleaning contractor to maintain its Town Hall Complex (≈35,929 sq ft) covering daily janitorial duties, periodic floor stripping/waxing, twice‑yearly exterior window cleaning, and specialized cleaning for police facilities, locker rooms, and jail cells. Bids must be sealed and submitted by 11:00 AM on October 21 2026. The contract runs one year starting January 1 2027 with two optional renewals.
