Expressions of Interest - Office Facility - Y-12 National Security Complex

The Y-12 National Security Complex is seeking expressions of interest for the lease of an offsite office facility. The facility should have approximately 30,000-60,000 square feet of office space, including multiple hard wall offices, conference rooms, and break areas. The facility must be located within 20 miles of the Y-12 Site, preferably within 5 miles, and have controlled access and security monitoring. The lease term is five years with five one-year options to extend. • The facility must have adequate life safety and fire protection features, including adherence to local fire codes and unrestricted access to fire exits. • The facility must have adequate power, lighting, HVAC, and utilities to support intended operations. • The facility must have ample parking and be configured to allow the tenant to add computer and phone ports, electrical outlets, and IT/server racks as needed. • The landlord must allow minor internal structural modifications, such as partitions or walls, for various configurations if required.
