Satellite Simulator RFQ for C3N

The United States Air Force is seeking a Satellite Simulator for the C3NE TDN Lab. The simulator should be able to emulate various waveforms, including DAMA/IW, and support dedicated access and other waveforms. The system should also be able to perform as a surrogate satellite, enabling terminals to communicate through the simulator at specified frequencies and I/O rates. The simulator should support modulations such as SOQPSK, BPSK, DEQPSK, (S)BPSK, FSK, and CPM. The Air Force is looking for a solution that can emulate the correct operational procedures in use by the current constellation. Some key features and requirements of the simulator include: • Support for DAMA/IW and other waveforms • Ability to perform as a surrogate satellite • Support for modulations such as SOQPSK, BPSK, DEQPSK, (S)BPSK, FSK, and CPM • Ability to emulate the correct operational procedures in use by the current constellation • Support for cryptographic keyfill, including KYK-13, OW keyfill for the DOCCT/S, KYX-15, KOI-18, AN/CYZ-10, and SKL • Ability to use a lower cost novel solution that does not require loading OW keys into the simulator
