The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for the parking lot replacement of the Hoover West parking lot (Lot 2) and Jessie Parker parking lot (Lot 11) on the Capitol Complex in Des Moines, IA. The scope of work includes complete design and construction administration for the removal of existing pavement, signage, light poles, and associated construction, as well as the installation of new pavement, signage, and lighting. The selected firm will be required to provide a lump sum price for the base scope of work, as well as unit prices for additional construction inspection visits.
