Request for Statement of Qualifications for Airport Engineering Services

The Lake Village Municipal Airport is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive airport engineering services over a five‑year period. The scope includes design, planning, and construction‑observation for a wide range of airport improvement projects, all performed in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100‑14. Selection will be based on capability, experience, key personnel, schedule adherence, and proximity to the airport. • Services requested: pavement rehabilitation, runway/taxiway extensions, lighting & navaids, taxiway design, easement acquisition, safety area evaluations, environmental studies, drainage, surveys, roadway improvements, hangars/terminal buildings, geotechnical investigations, fuel system upgrades, security fencing. • Contractor must be able to manage all project phases, work with FAA and state grant reimbursement schedules, and provide qualified construction observers. • Evaluation criteria prioritize prior airport project experience, qualified staff, schedule reliability, cost control, and local familiarity.
