Budget estimate

$150,000 – $1,500,000

The solicitation states the procurement falls within the $150,000 to $1,500,000 range for MWBE/SDVOB discretionary contracts. Assuming the award lands near the midpoint, a typical vendor could earn roughly $300,000‑$1,200,000 over the three‑year license term, depending on the number of seats/licenses sold and negotiated pricing. Factors influencing the final amount include the size of the university’s hiring needs, any volume discounts, and additional implementation or support services bundled with the license.
