This RFP seeks qualified vendors to enter a cooperative, multi‑year contract to supply law‑enforcement ballistic protection equipment—including soft and hard armor, carriers, helmets, shields, K‑9 vests, accessories, and related fitting and support services—to the City of Tempe and 1GPA member agencies nationwide.
