Law Enforcement Ballistic Protection Equipment

This RFP seeks qualified vendors to supply a comprehensive portfolio of law‑enforcement ballistic protection equipment—including soft body armor, carriers, hard armor plates, tactical systems, helmets, shields, and K‑9 protective gear—plus related accessories, replacement parts, and full‑service support (fitting, sizing, warranty, maintenance, and logistics) for the City of Tempe and 1GPA member agencies nationwide. The contract will be a one‑year base term with up to four additional one‑year extensions, allowing the contractor to become a preferred supplier for a broad public‑safety customer base. Vendors may submit proposals for any subset of the product categories; a “Market Basket” pricing form provides estimated quantities for competitive pricing.
