Police/Security Equipment, Supplies and Related Services

The Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District (GCCISD) is issuing an extended‑response RFP to establish a pre‑approved vendor list for police and security‑related equipment, supplies, and services. The solicitation covers a wide array of items including law‑enforcement vehicles, body‑worn and in‑car cameras, two‑way radios, firearms and ammunition, tactical gear, traffic control devices, K‑9 equipment, surveillance cameras, access‑control and alarm systems, office supplies, first‑aid kits, AEDs, uniforms, PPE, and training materials/services. Purchases will be made on an as‑needed basis throughout the contract period. The contract is initially for one (1) year with an option to renew up to four (4) additional years. Multiple vendors may be awarded for different product categories. Evaluation will consider price, vendor reputation, quality, compliance with district needs, past performance, and Texas‑based employment criteria. • Scope includes procurement of vehicles, cameras, radios, firearms, tactical gear, surveillance and access‑control hardware, and related consumables. • Awards may be split among several vendors; the district expects to spend over $1 million in FY 2023‑2024. • Responses must be submitted electronically by 08:00 AM CT on 11 Nov 2026; questions due by 12 AM CT on 19 Oct 2026. • Vendor must provide required certifications (EDGAR, CIQ, Form 1295, W‑9) and meet federal, state, and local compliance requirements.
