AV/VTC Maintenance Service

The Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive audio/visual (A/V) and video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment maintenance services across multiple facilities, including 24 office spaces, 5 conference rooms, an administration office, an Emergency Operations Center, and three common areas located in Building 1. The scope covers preventive maintenance, repair, and support for a wide inventory of hardware (displays, projectors, codecs, microphones, speakers, control systems, networking gear, KVM switches, UPS units, cabling, mounts, and related accessories) from manufacturers such as Samsung, Crestron, Cisco, Extron, Shure, and others. The contractor will be responsible for scheduled maintenance cycles (e.g., dates listed as 18‑Sep‑25 for many items) and will need to manage spare parts, service tickets, and on‑site troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation of mission‑critical communication spaces. • Service area: Building 1, MCIEAST facilities (24 offices, 5 conference rooms, admin office, EOC, 3 common areas) • Equipment portfolio: >200 individual items spanning displays, audio, video, networking, power, and control systems • Required activities: Preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, parts replacement, documentation, and possibly emergency response for the EOC • Performance expectations: Timely response, compliance with TAA‑approved equipment, adherence to military security and safety standards • Contract likely multi‑year with recurring maintenance cycles (dates indicate 2025 start).
