Armored Car Services (Supplemental)

The State of Delaware Department of Government Support Services is seeking professional services to provide Armored Car Services. The contract will be for a term of one year with two optional extensions of one year each. The successful vendor will be required to provide armored car services to various state agencies, including daily deposit requirements at their facilities throughout the state. The vendor will be responsible for picking up and processing cash, checks, and other securities, and depositing them into the state's bank account. The vendor will also be required to provide change-fund services and to return empty money containers to the individual agency locations. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor whose proposal is most advantageous to the State of Delaware. • The evaluation criteria will include the vendor's experience and reputation, expertise, capacity to meet requirements, location, demonstrated ability, familiarity with public work and its requirements, and pricing. • The vendor will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach to performing the tasks set forth in the scope of work, including their management plan, personnel, and equipment. • The vendor will also be required to provide references and to participate in oral presentations and system demonstrations. • The State of Delaware reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with one or more vendors.
