Sand Harbor Concession Lease

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide high-quality services through the operation of a Snack Bar and Grill concession to the visitors of the Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park at Sand Harbor. The successful proposer's operation will need to be compatible with an existing Park Store within the same facility and complimentary to the management and operations of Sand Harbor. The concession lease will be for a five-year term with the option to renew for an additional five years. The proposer must have the knowledge, enthusiasm, creativity, and resources to successfully provide high-quality services. Some key aspects of the proposal include: * Providing all requested information in the space provided next to each numbered question * Typing or printing responses * Including the Vendor Information Sheet in Section III of the Technical Proposal * Submitting a completed Reference Questionnaire * Providing a Facility Development Plan that addresses the requirements of the RFP * Providing an Operations Plan that addresses the operations of the proposed development and other elements of the RFP * Complying with all terms and conditions of the lease as executed * Obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and approvals * Managing, staffing, operating, and maintaining the concession facility * Providing a comprehensive plan to maintain the concession facilities in a first-class condition throughout the term of the lease * Ensuring security to the facilities * Providing a detailed description of the proposed menu and other products and services to be provided by the concession operation * Providing a price schedule for a representative sample of the products and services proposed * Complying with all applicable Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) documentation.
