TOWN FIREWORKS DISPLAY

The Town of Manchester is seeking a fireworks vendor to conduct a 25-minute fireworks display for their annual 4th of July celebration. The event attracts over 8,000 attendees and features music, food trucks, kids' zone, and vendors. The selected vendor will work with the town's sound engineer to facilitate music that syncs with the display. The budget for the fireworks display is $32,000.00. The vendor will be responsible for providing a complete fireworks display, including travel expenses, labor, and materials. They must also meet all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as OSHA requirements. The town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. • The proposal should include the number of shooters, show design, custom soundtrack, ground work setup, and clean-up. • The proposal should include detailed policy regarding weather-related conditions and postponement decisions. • The vendor must obtain necessary permits, including coordination with state and local fire departments. • The vendor must provide references detailing location, date, and size of previous shows. • The vendor must comply with the town's living wage ordinance, which requires companies to pay their eligible employees a living wage of $17.78 per hour (with comprehensive health care benefits) or $26.07 per hour (without comprehensive health care benefits).
