RFP Professional Drone Show

The City of Delano, California is seeking a qualified vendor to design, program, and execute a professional aerial drone light show for its Christmas Celebration on December 5 2026. The show must feature a minimum of 200 drones (preferably 300‑500+), run for approximately 20 minutes, and include holiday‑themed choreography, synchronized audio, full‑color LED capabilities, and custom branding. The vendor is responsible for all aspects of the production, including FAA permitting, site surveys, equipment provision, on‑site crew, safety compliance, insurance, and post‑event teardown.
