Description
The Metropolitan Council is seeking a qualified consultant to create a comprehensive Community Assessment and Engagement Guide for the Twin Cities metro region. The scope includes research of best practices, development of an interactive mapping tool, testing of deliverables, and training of Council staff and partner organizations.
• Deliver a full written guide covering methodology for community assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Produce an interactive GIS‑based map tool that visualizes community data and aligns with guide processes.
• Conduct usability testing and provide training workshops for end‑users.
• Ensure all work complies with Minnesota debarment and procurement regulations.
