NEW CURRENT MODEL 35 SERIES 2WD REGULAR CAB DRW CAB AND CHASSIS FOR DUMP BODY

The Wyoming Department of Transportation is seeking bids for a new current model 35 series 2WD regular cab DRW cab and chassis for a dump body. The bid opening date is April 2, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time. Bidders are expected to examine any drawings, specifications, schedules, and instructions included in the bid package. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder making the lowest bid. • The bidder must submit bids electronically through Public Purchase. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The bidder must keep informed of and comply with the Wyoming Ethics and Disclosure Act. • The bidder must not discriminate against any individual on the grounds of age, sex, color, race, religion, national origin, or disability. • The bidder must provide a standard manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified in the bid documents.
