The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is seeking one or more qualified vendors to conduct direct, on-the-ground outreach to small businesses in communities vulnerable to climate-related flooding. The selected vendor will be given pre-developed toolkits, flyers, and other materials to distribute, and will be required to use an outreach script prepared by the Commerce Corporation.
