The Township of Wayne, NJ is seeking a qualified contractor to replace and repair multiple sewage grinder units (JWC “Muffin Monster” models) located at 201 Dey Road. The work includes removal of existing units, transport to the vendor’s facility, repair or replacement of grinder cartridges, hydraulic power packs, and motors, and return delivery and re‑installation. Bids must be submitted electronically by November 13, 2026 11:00 AM. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who meets New Jersey prevailing‑wage, licensing, and certification requirements. • Replace grinder cartridges (Category 1) • Replace hydraulic power packs (Category 2) • Replace motors (Category 3) • Provide labor at an hourly rate (Category 4) • All work must comply with NJ labor, safety, and equal‑employment regulations.
