DIGESTER NO. 3 COVER REPLACEMENT

The Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties is seeking qualified contractors to replace the 95‑foot diameter cover of Digester #3 at the JMEUC wastewater treatment plant in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The scope includes removal of the existing cover, disposal, fabrication and installation of a new steel floating cover, upgrades to the electrical system, installation of digester gas piping, a spiral‑guided gas holder, gas compressor, valves, and related appurtenances. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, performance and payment bonds, and comply with prevailing‑wage, safety, and DBE requirements.
