The U.S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command is conducting market research to identify U.S.-flagged LNG tanker or barge capacity (minimum 50,000 MMBTU ≈ 2,200 m³) for a charter to deliver LNG to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The vessel must meet specific size, draft, beam, and performance criteria, and be capable of off‑loading 250 m³/hr under defined pressure and safety requirements. Respondents must provide company details, vessel ownership, flag, rates (lump‑sum and demurrage), and confirm compliance with all technical specifications. The charter includes two delivery windows in late September and October 2026. This is a Sources‑Sought (RFI) – no contract award or pricing commitment at this stage.
