RFP 26017 – R9 Related Services

The Region 9 Education Cooperative is seeking qualified vendors to deliver a suite of related‑service supports for special‑education students and school‑health nursing across multiple member districts in New Mexico. The work covers direct therapeutic services (occupational, physical, speech‑language, psychology, social work, diagnostics) and nursing/health‑assistant services, with responsibilities that include assessments, IEP participation, documentation, and compliance with FERPA/HIPAA. Vendors may propose for any single discipline or multiple disciplines and can provide services in‑person or via tele‑therapy where appropriate. The contract is a one‑year award, renewable up to four years, with monthly invoicing and a ceiling amount to be defined in a later addendum. • Provide OT, PT, SLP, psychology, social work, diagnostic, and RN/health‑assistant services to K‑12 students per IEP requirements. • Must hold appropriate New Mexico licensure, submit detailed hourly‑rate cost proposals, and use assigned REC 9 email addresses for all communications. • Services are school‑year only (approximately August – May); travel, administrative time, and mileage are billable at rates set by the agency. • Multiple vendors may be awarded; assignments will be made based on district needs, geographic coverage, and provider availability.
