MEDICAL AND INDUSTRIAL GASES ITB

The City of Portland is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide medical and industrial gases, including argon, carbon dioxide, helium, and nitrogen. The contractor must be able to provide all items listed on Attachment 2, Bid Form, within 24 hours after order by City personnel. The City intends to award a price agreement to a single bidder, but may award to multiple bidders dependent on what is in the best interest of the City. The price agreements may be written for a period of 5 years with appropriate not-to-exceed annual amounts. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing medical and industrial gases • Delivering products within 24 hours after order • Maintaining adequate stock • Ensuring timely and satisfactory service • Providing phone numbers and email addresses for primary and secondary points of contact • Implementing services at all locations by April 30, 2018
