District Five, Process Server

The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking a process server to provide services for legal documents on a local, statewide, and out-of-state basis, with the majority of services being within FDOT District 5. The contract is expected to begin on May 14, 2026, and last for three years. The proposer will be responsible for providing process servers for legal documents, as well as related services. The scope of services includes expedited, priority, and routine service of process, as well as secondary and third address services. The proposer must be registered in the State of Florida's MyFloridaMarketplace system and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
