Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) Instrument

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is seeking a Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) Instrument through a Request for Quote (RFQ) process. The period of performance for the contract will be from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. The award will be made to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable quote. To be considered technically acceptable, all quotes must include features and specifications in accordance with the attached salient characteristics.
