A/E Services for Small Projects

The Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind is issuing an RFQ to collect qualification statements from architectural and engineering firms that are authorized to do business in Virginia and have experience across a range of disciplines. The solicitation is aimed at small‑project A/E services, covering everything from architectural design to civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, and hazardous‑materials design.
