Respondents must have a minimum of three years of experience in the food and beverage industry and meet other minimum qualifications. The lease term will be for 15 years, with an initial term of 12 months. The city is looking for respondents who can provide a modern urban food and beverage experience, optimize sales and rental revenues, and incorporate technology and innovative service concepts.
