Harlow Island Stage 1B

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is requesting a proposal for the Harlow Island Stage 1B Project. The scope of this project is to construct Stage I of the Harlow Island HREP, which involves the construction of embankments and excavations, as well as stripping operations. The contractor will utilize existing project access and coordinate with Burlington Northern San Francisco (BNSF) Railroad for project access. The key aspects of this project include: • Construction of embankments and excavations • Stripping operations • Utilization of existing project access • Coordination with BNSF Railroad for project access • The property is 100% federally owned by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service
