Description
The City of Blairsville, GA is seeking sealed‑bid contractors to drill, case, and test an 8‑inch groundwater supply well (Test Well #5). The scope includes all materials, labor, equipment, a 72‑hour pump test, disinfection, and comprehensive physical, chemical, radiological, and microbiological testing, plus all related appurtenances. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 11:30 a.m. on 24 Nov 2026; a 5 % bid bond (or certified cashier’s check) is required. The contract will be awarded within 60 days of opening, and the successful prime contractor must perform at least 30 % of the work and provide performance and payment bonds (100 % of bid).
