Full height Turnstile w/installation

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a quotation for the supply and installation of one full-height single turnstile, along with associated accessories and cold-weather packaging, to be delivered and installed at USCG Base Ketchikan, AK. The turnstile must meet the salient characteristics and weather-resistance requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The evaluation criteria for this solicitation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Some key points to consider: • The turnstile must be a Hayward Turnstiles HT439 S SS (or equivalent) full-height single turnstile. • The turnstile will be used for secure access control at USCG Base Ketchikan, AK. • The installation must be completed by a qualified installer. • The quotation must include all line items and requirements detailed in the attached SOW. • The quotation must demonstrate that the quoted items meet the "brand name or equal" salient characteristics and weather-resistance requirements.
