The New Castle County Vo‑Tech School District seeks a vendor to supply ultra‑low sulfur diesel (ULSD) and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) for its facilities, along with the provision, installation, maintenance, and monitoring of on‑site storage tanks and dispensing equipment. The contract runs for one year with up to five optional one‑year extensions, requiring 24/7 delivery capability, seasonal fuel blending, and full insurance coverage.
